The original single-floor concept sketch has evolved into a fully specified 4-floor building (900 m�) with 12+ specialized labs and studios, comprehensive fiber/power/solar cabling, accessibility features (ramps, accessible restrooms), and a program serving 6 faculties + 40+ academic programs. All original elements (reception, co-working, coffee corner, maker lab, server room) are preserved and properly sized.

          The Hub will feature six specialized laboratories and innovation spaces designed to empower every faculty of
          INES-Ruhengeri. Each lab is equipped to professional standard with a dedicated manager and 3-year operational
